Last Show

I went up to the Ed Sullivan Theater to look around before David Letterman's last show ever.  There were a few fanatics hanging around, a lot of press, etc.  These two guys attracted a lot of attention, as they had a speciall made tee shirt commemorating the event.  It made special note that they were from Ohio.  I heard a reporting talking to people online, and one respond to the question, "What should Dave do now?"  His response was that he should start drinking.  A humorous response, except I'm pretty sure that Mr. Letterman is an alcoholic and has not had a drink for many years.  Wonder if it was funny enough to make air, or whether someone might have edited it out based on his personal issues.
